Terms and conditions for school groups

• Our terms and conditions apply to school classes at primary and lower-secondary level and educational institutes at upper-secondary level, provided the group consists of at least 10 people.
• Additional costs may be incurred in the following youth hostels:
  – Burgdorf Castle
  – WellnessHostel3000 Laax
  – WellnessHostel4000 Saas-Fee
   
• From November to March, the Classic prices apply at the Lausanne Youth Hostel.
• Prices are per child and subject to availability. We reserve the right to adjust prices.
• The offers include accommodation for school students in multi-bed rooms including breakfast buffet, and for accompanying persons in private double rooms. Single rooms can be booked at the corresponding daily rate, subject to availability.
• Half board includes breakfast buffet and dinner, while full board includes breakfast buffet, packed lunches and dinner. Drinks are not included in the package.

This offer is valid for a maximum of 1 teacher and 1 night; after consultation with the hostel management and subject to availability at the youth hostel.
